Recognizing her extraordinary talent at 13, Mikaela Rae's musical journey took off under the guidance of a dedicated voice teacher and manager to superstars Shirley Bassey and Mario Lanza. This led to a recording contract with RCA records at just 17, marking her as the next Barbra Streisand.
Beyond music, Mikaela ventured into acting and stunt work, gaining international recognition with a singing tour in Japan, an experience later adapted into the movie "Death Ride from Osaka."

Mikaela was invited to lead a band in las Vegas where they secured contracts shortly after their arrival to perform in esteemed venues like the Sahara Hotel, Caesars Palace, MGM Grand and the Hilton hotels.
Back in Los Angeles, Mikaela began making a name for herself at “Bud Friedman’s Improvisation and Dinner Clubs. Mikaela’s pursued of excellence led her to New York City, gracing Venues such as the Cutting Room, the China club with Rick Derringer, and premier Jazz Clubs later with Don Braden.
Collaborating with Rick Derringer, Larry Hoppin “Orleans," George Marinelli Jr., Bruce Hornsby and the Range, and Tal Bergman of Billy Idol, she produced a six song CD titled “Every Time I Leave," Many who heard these tracks believed her talents were destined for Nashville.
She followed on that thread and participated in the Nashville Jams Concert TV Special, then opening for Delbert McClinton At the Summer Lights Festival, and The Guess Who at the Big Springs Jam, while collaborating with Notable Songwriters such as Mac Gayden of “Everlasting Love” fame.
Collaborating with Rick Derringer, she co-produced the CD torch with jazz greats Don Braden, Xavier Davis, Cecil Brooks lll, and Richie Goods, solidifying her passion for live performance, singing and songwriting, marking a profound commitment to her artistic calling.
